Building on the 185-year legacy of P&O, which was born in 1837 in the United Kingdom, P&O Maritime Logistics focuses on the stable development and production phases with majority of its operations in predominantly shallow water markets. The company’s modern and technologically advanced fleet operates across three strategic segments – Offshore, Port Services, and Logistics. Within offshore, P&O Maritime Logistics offers services such as anchor handling, platform supply, multi-purpose support, emergency recovery and response, as well as, crew transfer to blue-chip clients in the offshore energy industry. Vessels operating within the port services segment include tug boats, pilot boats, and mooring boats. The company’s logistics segment includes bulk carriers and tankers, research vessels and operates the Module Carrying Vessels (MCVs). The MCVs are a specialist type vessel created specifically through a collaboration with Tengizchevroil, which transport modular units through the Russian Inland Waterways System to Kazakhstan for installation within record time in an industry ‘mega project’ in the Tengiz Field. P&O Maritime Logistics’ client list includes prominent international and national oil and gas companies such as BP, Chevron, Eni, Saipem, Shell, Total, Saudi Aramco, Maersk Oil as well as other international players.
